  • Currency: All fees are billed in Euro unless specified in the Client Services Agreement.
  • Fee Estimates: We may provide fee estimates based on the current scope of work. These estimates are not binding and may be subject to change.
  • Fee Adjustments: We may adjust our fee scale periodically due to changes in circumstances. You will receive written notice of any fee changes with a 30-day notice period. You may terminate the agreement if you disagree with the new fees. If you continue to use our services after the notice period, you accept the new fees.
  • VAT Adjustments: If the VAT rate changes, it will be added to fees retroactively. We reserve the right to recover any applicable VAT from you.

Amendments

Fintax reserves the right to make the following changes at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons:
